At the 10th edition of the People Engagement Awards, InovaPrime was recognized with 7th place in the People Engagement Award 2026 in the small enterprises category, achieving an overall score of 82.1 points. This recognition makes us extremely proud and motivates us to keep improving. We are honored to have been part of the People Engagement Summit since 2016.
Over the past years, we have overcome global challenges, adapted to remote work, embraced hybrid work models without losing our focus on people and team spirit, and evolved alongside technology. The several distinctions we have received demonstrate that we have the right values and that we always focus on people first - “The Team is the company!”.
