Sunday, May 10th, InovaPrime celebrated its 10th anniversary.
To celebrate all employees and administrators went to Mafra, to the Adventure Park Cova da Baleia to try tree climbing.
It was a great day in which almost all the team was present. Where the spirit of unity and good vibes was always present among all.
This only gives us reasons to continue the excellent work as before.
We would also like to leave a special thanks to all our customers and partners.
Next year we will be here again...

We thought about doing a "post" to present the city of Fundão to our followers, which is one of Inovaprime's latest ventures. For our international customers and partners, Fundão is an unknown city and, therefore, we wanted to show you what it represents and why we invested in such location.
Fundão is a portuguese inner city, which is part of Castelo branco county. It has 8750 inhabitants and this number has been decreasing throughout the years, which is in accordance with the trends from the other regions in the interior of Portugal. To be more precise about this reduction, in the 60's Fundão had 47500 inhabitants, which represents almost 40 thousand more citizens than today.
This city is an important centre for commerce, services and industry. The county is composed of fertile areas, namely Grande Vale da Cova da Beira, in which huge productions of cherries, sour cherries, peaches, olive oil and wine are made. There is also Gold/Silver extraction and mineral water from Fundão is one of the most sold in Portugal.
Some interesting locations in Fundão are: Aldeia histórica de Castelo Novo, Palácio do Picadeiro, Biblioteca Eugénio de Andrade, Centro Dinamizador das Aldeias de Xisto, Praia Fluvial de Janeiro de Cima.

InovaPrime received once more the award for excellence at work.
This distinction emphasizes the excellent work that has been developed by our team. This award is dedicated to all the team members, but also to our customers and partners, without whom this award would not be possible.
Note that InovaPrime had already reached the 10th place in the category of small enterprises, having jumped to the 6th place in 2014 ranking (also in the list of the 100 best companies to work for in Portugal, we climbed some positions) which shows our ambition to increasingly invest in human resources.
Finally, we want to thank Heidrick & Struggles, the Economic Daily and INDEG University Library for their support in the process that resulted in this award. We also hope to be here next year, in order to receive it again.

InovaPrime ends the year 2014 in a big way.
The opening of two new InovaPrime offices was announced:
One in Fundão, is an attempt to explore the countryside and we think have enough potential. In Portugal there is a mentality of business focus only in big cities like Lisbon and Porto. Concerned about this situation and considering the need that we had to expand our business in Portugal, we saw in Fundão a place with a lot of potential and the conditions we were looking for.
The other, inDenmark, a place where we have some customers and where we have always been well received. The Nordic countries have been a priority for our company, because we think there is still much untapped market in the areas in which we operate.
We expect to meet the goals for these new spaces. Soon we will have news.
